How does it work?

Step 1: Fill out the form for either Couples or Suppliers, check your inbox (or spam) for our packages and prices link, and have a look at what suits your needs. We can tailor our packages too!

Step 2: Reply to the email for availability, or book a call to chat with us about your wedding or event!

Step 3: We'll send you a quote via our portal, you can accept and e-sign the contract, fill out your questionnaire, and pay the 50% deposit to secure your date.

Step 4: 8 weeks before your date, we'll email you to book your pre-wedding consultation with us; this is when we go over your timeline/runsheet, and content brief – spare no details!

Step 5: It’s your big day! Sit back, soak in the day, and let us be your biggest fans!

Step 6: Within 24 hours from the end of our service, you'll receive an email with a link to your Google Drive folder with all of your edited videos and raw content from your wedding or event. Relive the moments you loved, laugh at the moments you missed, send the link to loved ones, and upload your videos to your socials!

What content do Couples get the next day?

Our packages are designed to capture your favourite moments of your wedding or event.

As South Australia's first wedding content creators and having captured over 250 couples and suppliers for weddings and events, we know each day is as unique as you are!

Your content is about you; this is where you can think about what moments you want to look back on.

You'll receive every photo and video (raw content) we capture from your day within 24 hours from when we finish at your wedding, plus your edited videos as discussed during our pre-wedding meeting.

How far in advance should I book?

We don't take bookings beyond the 18 month mark or within 2 weeks from the date.

If your wedding date is within that timeframe, it's best to get in contact as soon as possible to secure your date – while we have many talented creators in our team, popular dates get booked out quickly.

Travel fees apply for locations based outside of 20 km radius of the CBD.

We are also available to travel overseas and interstate, travel fees may apply.

What content do Suppliers get the next day?

Our packages are designed to capture what you want covered while you work the wedding or event!

Your content is about you and your business; think about what you want us to capture of your work, where you'll be, and when you'll be doing it.

You'll receive every photo and video (raw content) we capture from your day within 24 hours from when we finish, plus your edited videos ready to post on your socials.

Can I gift a wedding content creator to a couple?

Of course! We have been booked by bridal parties and friends for couples and brides-to-be for weddings, engagements parties and bridal showers.

We can either work with the person who books us to keep it a surprise, or have the couple know prior to the wedding and we can liaise with them.

I've booked a package with you, can I add more time?

A lot of our couples book their package with us months in advance and it's very normal for timelines to change.

That's why when booking your package, we encourage our couples to book what duration feels closest to what they'll need on the day.

If you need to add any time and have us start earlier or finish later, we are totally flexible – even if it's half an hour! Let us know during your pre-wedding meeting or shoot us an email.
